Modo Fácil is in-person artificial intelligence training for the self-employed and micro-businesses in Madrid, taught in English: two days – on your own, in twos or in threes – to take off the hats you never chose to wear. One gets you found and gets people writing to you; the other puts an end to the paperwork on the 18th, when everything has to reach your gestoría (your accountant). You can do one, the other, or both. Done, not explained.
Nobody goes self-employed to do the bookkeeping.
You started your business to do what you're good at and what makes you happy. And you ended up doing nine more jobs you never studied, never chose and don't even like.
I'm not here to teach you artificial intelligence. I'm here to take nine hats off you so you can keep the one you chose. If you know how to use one single tool well, you don't have to be an expert in ten things: being an expert in yours is enough.
It's not a sit-and-listen course: it's a day of doing. You bring your laptop and your passwords, and we sit down and set up your business piece by piece. Whatever we set up is up and running before you leave.
In person and in English, on your own or in a group of two or three people at most – and always on your own work material, never on examples.
A laptop, a card and all your passwords: domain, hosting, email, social media and bank.
The Questionnaire. It's what lets me build the day around your business instead of giving you a generic course. And if you don't know which of the two days you need, it's what tells me.
A PDF of everything we did, the next day. And a WhatsApp support group.
Nine things that are already working on Monday. It's not what you'll learn: it's what stays set up. Put your business on easy mode – modo fácil, in Spanish – means exactly this.
From the day “Get found and get enquiries”
From the day “No more paperwork on the 18th”
The foundation, in both
Those nine things don't fit into one day. So there are two days, and each one stands on its own.
You can do one, the other, or both. And if you don't know which you need more, fill in the Questionnaire and I'll tell you.
This is the order, but how much weight each block gets is decided by your Questionnaire: if your problem is social media, social media gets more time.
Day 1 · Get found and get enquiries
We install Claude and connect it to the tools you already use: Chrome, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram and your hosting. It's the foundation for both days, so it's set up once, not once per day.
What you do, said in one sentence people get first time. Who you sell to and who you don't. And the way you write, loaded in, so nothing that comes out afterwards sounds like a template.
We build it if you don't have one, and rewrite it if you have one that isn't working for you. Copy, speed, domain, security certificate and backups. And published before you leave.
An audit of where you show up in searches, your Google Business Profile, plus Bing, Apple and Yelp listings, which hardly anyone fills in. Reviews, and showing up when someone looks for you by asking an AI.
A LinkedIn company page, Instagram, content with your brand and a whole month planned. And the automation so it keeps going out without you.
Who to write to on LinkedIn and Instagram, what to say without sounding like an ad, and following up with people who don't reply, which is where the money gets lost.
We go back over the morning's list and see what's been set up. Whatever's left comes out in order of importance.
Day 2 · No more paperwork on the 18th
The same start: Claude installed, connected to your email and your invoice folders, and your business loaded in. If you've already done the other day, this one starts straight at block 01.
Your invoices issued from a system that complies, and the ones you receive collected from your email and filed automatically. Numbering, series and corrective invoices, done properly.
What you have to send them, in what format, and everything set up to go out on its own, on time. No more “I'm missing this” emails two days before the deadline.
A review of your accounts and a list of what you could be deducting and aren't, in writing, to go over with whoever does your accounts.
Folders that stay organised, email that sorts itself and automatic replies for the questions you always get. And the hard messages: chasing a payment, saying no, raising a price.
How much you really earn, your salary set, spending limits per category and your safety cushion. With Claude rereading your numbers every month and warning you about anything that drifts.
How much you need to invoice to take home that salary, split by month, with your high and low seasons. And an alert when a month falls behind, in time to do something about it.
We go back over the morning's list and see what's been set up. Whatever's left comes out in order of importance.
I run four things at once. I'm here to show you how.
I'm a researcher in Chinese art and an art-market specialist, I'm Sales Director at a medical AI company, I teach English intensives with a method I built myself, and the latest thing I've started is what you're reading: Modo Fácil. All four at once, with no team behind me.
The group is small because we build your website and connect your accounts with you sitting right there. There are open dates, at weekends and on weekdays too, until they fill up: when they're full, I open the next ones. Tell me which day suits you and we'll arrange it.
The programme is the same in all three. What changes is how much of the day is yours: the fewer people, the more I can focus on what your business needs and the faster we go.
One day
A whole day just for your business. It's the closest thing to coaching: more listening, more tailored, and at the pace you can keep.
Plenty of time for each of you and a fast pace. You move almost as fast as on your own, and you also get a close look at how another business is set up.
The full group. Each of you builds your own and leaves with it working; and you also learn from the other two cases.
Both days
Both full days, just for you. They can be done back to back or spread out.
Both days, coming as a pair. The same programme, with plenty of time for each of you.
Both days with the full group. It's the most economical way to set everything up.
The two together cost less because the start – installing Claude, connecting it to your accounts and loading your business in – is done once, not once per day.
The Claude subscription is not included: about €90 for the month of the course. We set it up together in the morning with your card, and it's yours. From the second month you can switch to the €20 plan, because by then the tasks are already scheduled and the strategy is done.
Yes. In fact it's the most common case. Starting from zero usually goes better than arriving with bad habits.
Yes. The day is taught in English from start to finish, and the material you take home is in English too. Spanish admin – Verifactu, your gestoría, the Tax Agency – is explained in English as well.
How to open your email and browse the internet. Nothing else. Everything that gets installed is installed with you there, step by step.
Yes, and that's the most common choice. Each one stands on its own: you leave with that work finished, not half-done. Doing both is for people who want to set everything up.
If you don't have a website, or you post in fits and starts, or clients only reach you by word of mouth: the first one. If invoices eat up your afternoons and the 18th is the worst day of the month: the second. And if it's not clear, fill in the Questionnaire – it takes ten minutes – and with your answers in front of me I'll tell you which you need more.
Because the start – installing Claude, connecting it to your accounts and loading your business in – is done once, not once per day. If you come to both, on the second day you start straight on your own work.
It depends on what you need. On your own is more like coaching: more listening, more tailored and faster. In a group each person still builds their own, you see how other businesses solve things, and it costs less.
Your laptop, a card and all your passwords: domain, hosting, email, social media, and bank if we're going to work on your bookkeeping. Without passwords nothing can be set up.
Tell me when you book and we'll sort it out before the day. There's a question in the Questionnaire just for this.
Everyone brings their own – we eat quickly on site to make the most of the day.
Yes: we audit it and rewrite it. Leaving with the website you already had, fixed and working for search, is often worth more than leaving with a new one.
No. I'm not your gestoría (your accountant) and I don't replace it. What we do is audit what's there, find what you're not deducting and automate communication with your gestoría. It isn't tax advice either: the financial plan is your numbers system, set up and working – whatever you decide with it, you check with whoever does your accounts.
It sounds the same when you ask it to “write me a post”. On the day we work the other way round: first it learns how you talk and what your business is like, and from there it writes in your voice.
There are open dates, at weekends and on weekdays too. Message me on WhatsApp and I'll tell you which are still available.
Tell me anyway: I'll put you on the waiting list and let you know as soon as I open the next dates, before I publish them.
