Being online isn't having a website. It's people getting in touch.
In-person AI course in Madrid, in English, to set up your brand, your website, your social media and the way you find clients.
A full day, from 10:00 to 19:00, in groups of three people at most, so your business can be found and the people who find it get in touch. We set up your identity, your website, your Google Business Profile plus Bing, Apple and Yelp, your social media with a month of content already written and scheduled, and your client-finding routine: who to write to, what to say and following up with people who don't reply, which is where the money gets lost.
Being at the top of the results is no use if nobody calls you afterwards. That's why the day doesn't end with the website: it ends with the contact list and the first messages sent.
It's a full day and it stands on its own. If you also want to sort out your invoicing and your numbers, that's the other day.

Part 1 · The day
What we do
The day doesn't run by the clock, it runs by need. We do everything here if it's needed, but the order and the weight of each section are decided by the group, not the programme.
That's why I send you the Questionnaire beforehand. With your answers in front of me I decide where we start and what we spend most time on. If the group arrives without websites, the day leans towards websites. If you arrive with social media abandoned for a year, it leans that way.

Start · Setup and connections
Non-negotiable
Creating your account and choosing a plan. We start from zero: you don't need to bring anything set up
Installing Claude and getting it properly working on your computer
Connectors, plug-ins and skills: what they are, which ones are useful to you and which aren't
Linking it to your Chrome browser, so it works where you work
Linking it to your email, your WhatsApp, your LinkedIn and your Instagram
Linking it to your website hosting and your documents
Loading your business into it: who you are, what you sell, at what price and how you write
You take away
Everything connected, with your business loaded in. Without this nothing else works: it's the only block that's never skipped. And it's the foundation for both days, so it's set up once, not once per day: if you come to both, on the second day you start straight on your own work.
1
Brand identity
What exactly you do, said in one sentence people get first time
Who you sell to, and who you don't – which is the hardest thing to decide
Your personal brand: what you tell people about yourself, how you tell it and where
How you write: loading in the way you talk so everything that comes out afterwards sounds like you and not like a robot
Your prices, written down and with a reason behind them
You take away
Your business in one sentence, your prices in writing and your voice loaded in, which is what stops your website and social media sounding like a template.
2
Your website
Your website: building it from scratch, or rebuilding and improving the one you have
The copy: what your website needs to say, in what order, and why most websites sell nothing
The part nobody looks at: security certificate, domain and hosting properly set up and renewed, loading speed, backups and pending updates
Actually publishing it, with its web address working, before you leave
You take away
Your website online, or your old one rewritten, with the list of fixes in order of importance.
3
Getting found
Search audit: where you show up today, where you don't, and why people don't find you
Your Google Business Profile, created or fixed. For a local business it's what brings in the most clients
The other three listings hardly anyone fills in, where people also look for you: Bing, Apple and Yelp
Reviews: how to ask for them without feeling embarrassed and how to reply to every one
Showing up when someone looks for you by asking an AI, which more and more people do, and which works differently from Google
You take away
Your Google Business Profile published, the other three submitted, and your website ready so AIs can answer who you are.
4
Social media and content
LinkedIn: creating your profile or redoing it completely, and setting up your company page
Instagram: profile, bio, highlights and what someone visiting for the first time needs to see
Posts with your personal brand, not generic or template ones
A month of content decided in one go, instead of improvising every day
Automating publishing so posts go out without you having to remember
One piece of content, all your channels, without doubling the work
You take away
Profiles set up, a content plan and the first posts written and scheduled.
5
Finding clients
Finding clients on LinkedIn: who to look for, how to filter and how to reach that person
Finding clients and referrers on Instagram: who to follow and why
What to write to someone who doesn't know you without sounding like an ad
Following up with people who don't reply, which is where the money gets lost
You take away
Your list of contacts to write to, the first messages already sent and the follow-up set up so nobody slips through.
✓
Wrapping up the day
We go back to the list of hated tasks from the start of the day, to see how many are still there
We review what's been set up and is working
Whatever's left comes out in order of importance, so you know where to go next
Part 2 · The result
What you take home
It depends on where the group takes the day, but this is what comes out of it.
Claude installed and connected to everything you use
Your business loaded in, with your prices and your voice
Your search audit done
Your Google Business Profile published and your Bing, Apple and Yelp listings submitted
Your website online or rewritten
LinkedIn and Instagram set up
A month of content written and scheduled
Your contact list and the first messages out
The online shop is separate. Setting up a shop that really sells – catalogue, photos, payment gateway, shipping and taxes – is a good half-day of work, and it doesn't fit into this day without eating up everything else. It's a module you add and pay for separately. In a one-to-one session it can be the priority of the day, if it's what you need most.
Part 3 · Before you come
What to bring
Read this in good time. The day starts by connecting your accounts, so if you're missing a password you'll miss that part. And that's a five-minute fix the week before, not at ten in the morning on the day of the course.
The two things that can't go wrong
1
A credit card
We create your Claude account together at the start of the day, so you don't need to arrive with anything set up. I recommend the €90 subscription: with the cheapest one you run out of usage by mid-morning and lose half the day waiting.
2
All your passwords
We start by connecting your email, your WhatsApp, your LinkedIn, your Instagram and your website hosting. No passwords, no connection.
Essential
Laptop and chargerA laptop, not a tablet or phone: you work with both hands
A credit card for the subscriptionWe create the account together at the start
Google Chrome installed on that laptop
Your phone, with WhatsApp and InstagramLogged in and fully charged
Passwords for everythingYour email, your website and domain, your hosting, your LinkedIn, your Instagram and your Google Business Profile
Your work folders, locatedWe'll work with your real documents: invoices, quotes, photos, texts. Before you come, gather everything under one single folder – on your Desktop, in Documents, or in whatever cloud you use (Drive, Dropbox…). It doesn't need to be organised inside: you just need to know where it is.
The Questionnaire filled in before the courseIt's how I decide where we start
Your lunchEveryone brings their own – we eat quickly on site to make the most of the day
Also bring, if you have them
Your logo, in the best-quality file you can find
Ten to twenty good photos of your work
A recent quote or proposal you've sent
Your prices, even if they're only in your headWrite them down before you come
Your invoices and expenses from the last quarterIf you want us to audit your bookkeeping
Your gestoría's contact detailsYour accountant – so we can set up automatic sending
Your bank transactions for the last three monthsThe bank export, if you want to set up your financial plan
Your fixed costs and subscriptions, even if they're only in your headWrite them down before you come
About lunch: we stop around two. Everyone brings their own lunch – we eat quickly on site to make the most of the day. Bring something you can eat with one hand.
See you there
Anything before the day – a question, a problem with your account, a password you can't find – message me on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out. It's much better to fix it the week before than at ten in the morning on the day of the course.
