The Intensive
Two days. Which one do you need?
They're two different days and each one stands on its own. One puts your business where people can find it; the other puts your accounts where they need to be.
They're not two halves: you can do just one and leave with that work finished.

What each one does
1
Get found and get enquiries
Your brand identity: what you do, how you say it and who you say it to
Your website, built or rebuilt, and published before you leave
Your Google Business Profile, plus Bing, Apple and Yelp
Showing up when someone looks for you by asking an AI
Your social media set up and a month of content written and scheduled
Finding clients: who to write to, what to say, and following up with people who don't reply
You leave with
Your website online, your Google Business Profile published, a month of content scheduled and the first messages sent. See this day in detail →
2
No more paperwork on the 18th
Your invoicing set up and Verifactu-compliant
The invoices you receive, collecting and filing themselves
Everything sent to your gestoría (your accountant) without you lifting a finger
The list of what you're not deducting
Your email and folders, tidy and sorting themselves
Your numbers: salary, limits, twelve-month forecast and how much you need to invoice
You leave with
Invoicing set up, the handover to your gestoría working and your numbers in place. See this day in detail →
Part 2 · Which one you need
How to decide
If you don't have a website, or have one you don't show, or post in fits and starts, or clients only reach you by word of mouth: Get found and get enquiries.
If invoices eat up your afternoons, if the 18th is the worst day of the month, or if someone asks how much you need to invoice and you hesitate: No more paperwork on the 18th.
If you recognised yourself in both, start with the first. What gets set up there is what brings in the work you'll later invoice, and with the business running, putting the numbers in order makes more sense.
And if it's still not clear, don't decide on your own. Fill in the Questionnaire, which takes ten minutes, and with your answers in front of me I'll tell you which you need more. If I get it wrong, I'll tell you that too.
Part 3 · What they share
What both days have in common
Both start by installing Claude and connecting it to your accounts, because without that nothing gets set up. And both are prepared with the Questionnaire: with your answers in front of me I decide the order and weight of each block, so two people on the same day don't have the same day.
The start is done once, not once per day. If you come to both, on the second day you start straight on your own work: that's why both together cost less than two separate days.
Both run from 10:00 to 19:00, in person in Madrid and in English, and never with more than three people. In both you work on your own material, not on examples. And after either one you get, the next day, the PDF of everything we did, plus the WhatsApp group for questions afterwards.
What to bring is on each day's page, at the end: a laptop, a card and all your passwords. Read it in good time – if you're missing a password you'll miss that part, and that's a five-minute fix the week before, not at ten in the morning on the day of the course.
Part 4 · The price
How much it costs
The fewer people, the more of the day is for you. The programme is the same in all three formats.
One day
On your own
€850
+ VAT
In twos
€500
each · + VAT
In threes
€400
each · + VAT
Both days
On your own
€1,500
+ VAT
In twos
€880
each · + VAT
In threes
€700
each · + VAT
The two together cost less because the start – installing Claude, connecting it to your accounts and loading your business in – is done once, not once per day.
On top of the price of the day: the Claude subscription. About €90 for the month of the course. We set it up together in the morning with your card, and it's yours. From the second month you can switch to the €20 plan, because by then the tasks are already scheduled and the strategy is done.
The online shop is separate. Setting up a shop that really sells is half a day on its own, so it's an add-on module, paid separately. In a one-to-one session it can be the priority of the day. More about it here (in Spanish).
See you there
Anything before the day – a question, a problem with your account, a password you can't find – message me on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out. It's much better to fix it the week before than at ten in the morning on the day of the course.
